Project Overview

CIBHS provides fiscal administration and third-party administrative support to county behavioral health departments to facilitate the timely implementation of programmatic and system-level initiatives. Serving as a Fiscal Intermediary and Third-Party Administrator (TPA), CIBHS supports counties in navigating administrative, contracting, and procurement requirements while maintaining compliance and accountability.
