Practice Implementation —Clinical & Non-Clinical Training
Clinical and non-clinical training and continuing education that support behavioral health workforce development across roles and systems.
Project Overview
CIBHS provides high-quality clinical and non-clinical training to support behavioral health workforce development across roles, settings, and systems. Training is delivered through in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats and is designed to provide practical tools and guidance applicable to real-world practice.
Needs
Behavioral health systems require a workforce equipped to respond to evolving service demands, regulatory requirements, and community needs. Workforce members across clinical, supervisory, and administrative roles benefit from training that supports skill development, practice consistency, and ongoing professional growth. Access to continuing education and structured learning opportunities is also necessary to support licensure requirements, staff retention, and system-wide quality.
Approach
CIBHS develops and delivers training that supports learning across the continuum of care. Trainings are grounded in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive frameworks and are structured to support application in day-to-day work.
Continuing education–accredited offerings are included to support licensure and certification requirements, while reducing administrative burden for participating organizations.
