Peer Support Specialists are required to adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure they are protecting clients, themselves, and their agencies from risk. This course is developed to provide an overview of HIPAA regulations, compliance, privacy law, and 42 CFR Part 2 and how they apply to the work of Peer Support Specialists.
